Individual Practice

Practice Approach

My practice approach is eclectic, meaning that I draw on several different methods and techniques to create an individualized therapy plan based on a client's unique goals and needs. I use a trauma informed approach to psychotherapy. Trauma informed means that I have an awareness of the impact that trauma may have on a person's mental health as trauma or trauma related issues are often factors in many mental health difficulties.
