I believe everyone is different and that their path to healing is going to be unique to them. I offer one on one counseling to help each person achieve a better sense of self awareness, appreciation and confidence to overcome life's challenges. 

I utilize hypnotherapy, talk therapy, Reiki, power of intent or prayer, dream analysis, intuitive readings, clear mind pure heart therapy, Neural lingual programming, reflexology, complete body alignments, positive affirmations and attentive listening to assure each person is heard. 

I began my holistic healing profession as a Hawaii licensed massage therapist #2573 in1990, then I went on to become a Certified Hypnotherapist in 1991and then continued add on other holistic practices such as aromatherapy, reflexology, crystal therapy, clear mind pure heart, complete body alingments,dream analysis, food combining and spiritual journey work. I worked as a counselor at the local women's shelter, as a crisis hotline counselor and also worked at half way shelters for mental patients. In 1999 I founded Aloha Healing Retreats where I have continued my work as a facilator for people recovering from abuse, digestion problems, eating issues, emotional concerns, grief, physical illnesses and for spiritual enlightenment. 

I utilize Hyponotherapy, talk therapy, Neural Lingual Programming, Dream analysis, Aromatherapy, massage therapy, Reiki, lond distance healing, intuitive readings, complete body alignments, clear mind pure heart therapy, the power of intent or prayer, reflexology, crystal therapy and lot's of compassion into my practice of helping people learn how to heal themselves. 

Though my specialties are eating issues, grief, PTSD from trauma and abuse, I have dealt with a vast array of issues during my 22 years of holistic practice and I hope to help you too on your journey of healing.
